YES. The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) oversees Westcol Technical and Vocational Education and Training College, which is a state institution. In addition, Westcol holds many more accreditations including Hairdressing QCTO Levels 2–4. Westcol is a Gauteng-based organisation with six campuses providing various programmes. In addition to having registered examination centres on campus, Westcol TVET College offers various National Certificates in business, engineering, and general studies. Through the NSFAS programme, the college also offers bursaries to its students.
